These onion rings are quite delicious and what makes them even better is they are baked not fried! Hummus Pizza with Roasted Peppers

This is one of my favorite ways to eat pizza! I love to mix it up and make this instead of a standard cheese-less pizza. Making your own crust and roasting your own peppers are a lot of work, but this crust is delicious and well worth it (and so are the peppers).
